Delete My Data

You can ask Greater Good Labs to delete the personal information we hold about you from any of our apps, including Rebar and Claude Credits, or from this website.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which app or service the request is for, and anything that helps us find your data, such as the email address you sent feedback from. We'll reply to confirm, and we may ask you to verify the request from that address before we act on it.

What we delete

We delete the personal information we hold that we can link to you, such as feedback you sent us, your email address, and our emails with you. Crash, performance, and usage reports from our apps carry only a random install identifier, not your name or email, so we usually can't match them to a request. Crash and performance reports are deleted automatically after our provider's retention period. We may keep information where the law requires it, such as records of purchases.

Data stored on your device

Most of what our apps keep, such as Rebar's workouts, routines, and measurements, is stored only on your device, so we can't see or delete it. To remove it, delete the app, or use the app's own delete options where they're available.
